Donation-Based Charity or Fundraising Charity?

Are you a charity that accepts donations and wants to track those donations through Salesforce and QuickBooks?

In that case, we’re afraid that Breadwinner might not be the right solution for you. Our architecture is built around the Invoice object in QuickBooks. So if you want to use Breadwinner to track donations, we suggest you look at other solutions.

You might be wondering, “Can’t I just create an Invoice for each donation?” Well, in theory you could, but that wouldn’t save you any time. However, if you are aware of these issues, and still want to proceed, we are happy to work with you.

Social Enterprise or Invoice-Issuing Charity?

Are you a Social Enterprise, or a Charity that regularly issues Invoices for services? In that case Breadwinner should work well for you.

How much do you Discount?

As for discounts, we will offer those on a case-by-case basis. Discounts up to 20% are available on Breadwinner Professional and higher. However, no discounts are available on our Basic plan.
