Background

Wireless Communications Pty Ltd provides a range of mobile and voice-based devices and applications, internet products as well as phone system for businesses. They had committed to Salesforce and are using Matrix Velocity, a Salesforce App, to manage their Inventory and Order Fullfillment. Hany said Matrix was chosen because it “integrates perfectly with Salesforce which enable us to work only in one system”.

Problem:

The lack of integration between Salesforce and Xero meant that Sales reps were not able to see any live information about Invoices. And, the additional steps and human intervention in creating and sending invoices to customers delayed time to cash and slowed the order process. As Salesforce, Matrix Velocity and Xero are all in the cloud, management wanted to find a cloud based solution that would integrate everything together.

Solution:

Hany Zaki, Finance Officer for Wireless Communication, wanted a way to link Xero to Salesforce so sales reps can see the financial status for each of their customers. Hany writes “After some research, we choose to use Breadwinner to link Xero and Salesforce.
