Problem

Before we migrated to Salesforce, we used another CRM that had many problems, but did have a great Quickbooks integration. When we switched to Salesforce we assumed that getting a solid Quickbooks integration would be easy, but it certainly didn’t start out that way. We wasted time and money on Salesforce implementation “specialists” who knew nothing about Quickbooks, and could only recommend broad, multi-functional middleware solutions which had to be painstakingly customized and really weren’t up to the job.

Solution

That’s when we found Breadwinner, and I have to say I was relieved. I was able to implement the integration in a day, and was instantly happy with the functionality. It really works seamlessly and has avoided so many headaches with the ability to merge accounts, push updates when invoices are changed or payments are applied. I can quickly see a list of all of my overdue accounts, and even automate some A/R practices – something that QBO doesn’t allow.

The Breadwinner team was a pleasure to work with – providing quick responses and plenty of guidance to what the integration can and can’t do.
