Frequently Asked Pricing Questions
How do you Calculate Monthly Invoices?
We count all invoices and Sales Receipts with an Invoice Date in the last 90 days, and divide by 3, to get your rolling average monthly invoice volume. We count Invoices created via Breadwinner, or created in QuickBooks, as part of this, because we sync all invoices to Salesforce, not just invoices created via Breadwinner. We also count Credit Notes and, if you have optionally enabledPurchase Orders & Bills, we count those as well. However, we exclude anything that is Deleted or Voided.
Do you Charge per User?
No, you get unlimited users with Breadwinner. We believe that your company will benefit if all of your staff know which of your customers and invoices are fully paid, due, or overdue. As such you only pay for features and invoice volume, not per user.
Are there any overage fees? Or Do you cut off Syncing?
We don’t have overage fees and we never cut you off if you go over. However, if your monthly average invoice volume (averaged over three months) goes over your plan, we will send you an email informing you of this, and upgrade you automatically 14 days later. Customers generally find that, as their business grows and succeeds, they increase the volume of their invoices, so you should expect your invoice volume to grow if you are doing well.
Do I need to pay for a year up front?
Yes. Breadwinner contracts are billed annually by default. We’ve found that customers who can commit to a full year of using Breadwinner will be more successful in the long run. And since your long-term success is our goal, we want to encourage those practices that support that goal. Bottom line: Annual contracts make happier Breadwinner customers. And we want you to be happy.
How does a free trial work?
Free trials provide you with a full version of a Professional plan for fourteen days. You get the full experience of the depth and breadth of Breadwinner software, so you know exactly what you’re getting when you become a Breadwinner customer. You can also contact sales to request Enterprise during your free trial.
What is the onboarding / activation cost?
There is no onboarding cost, though we may request you use a Salesforce Certified Admin or Salesforce Consultant if you don’t have one in-house to assist you.

Have Multiple QuickBooks Online Organisations?
Do you have multiple QuickBooks Online companies/orgs that connect with a single Salesforce org? If so, you’ll want our Multi-Org module.
Multi-Org allows all of the features of Breadwinner, but allows your staff to specify the QuickBooks Online org when creating Accounts or Invoices. Additionally, Invoices are retrieved from all QuickBooks Online orgs, allowing reporting across QuickBooks Online orgs.
Breadwinner is a slick, well-thought-out app. The install process takes just a few minutes and walks you through the steps, quite straightforward, definitely a different experience from your typical data integration hassle. Then all the invoices and other QuickBooks Online data syncs over pretty quickly, and there is a lot of it there. I especially liked the graphs embedded in the account showing the status of unpaid invoices, how much was paid in total, etc. Really useful data, presented in a smart way for normal Salesforce users to take advantage of it.David Hecht
