Founder & CEO — London, UK

Jo co-founded the company with Stony and also holds the CEO position. Jo's background includes an Accountancy Degree and working at a Venture Capital Fund. In her free time, she loves to sail and is an avid skier and has come up with several well-thought-out, rational reasons why all board meetings should be held at Chamonix during the winter months.

Founder & Evangelist — New York, US

Breadwinner was born from Stony's own personal frustration in the lack of connections between Xero and Salesforce. Stony's role includes working closely with partners, ISVs, Salesforce, and more. His background includes 4 years running a Salesforce Consulting company and building other Salesforce Apps. In his downtime, he enjoys hiking through the French mountains and being very discerning about coffee.

CRO — Colorado, US

Rob's expertise is in driving revenue growth through sales, retention, and strategic partnerships. With over two decades of experience in SaaS and B2B sales, he has successfully scaled startups from early-stage to multimillion-dollar revenues. He focuses on building strong teams, optimizing pricing strategies, and refining go-to-market execution. When he's not working, he's on the pickleball court, exploring new trails, or cheering on his boys in sports and music.

Chief of Staff — Sheffield, UK

Lucy is our Chief of Staff. Her simple task is to be involved in almost everything that happens at Breadwinner! Lucy's experience includes a degree in English and American Literature, managing a co-working space in London, and traveling the world. She spends her spare time feeding alpacas, trying to save the whales, or happily cozying up at home with her two cats, Scout & Lyra, and Cocker Spaniel Hazel.

Sr. Account Executive — Chester, UK

With over five years at the company, Timea serves as a Senior Account Executive, bringing deep product expertise and a true passion for delivering value to clients. Known as a trusted advisor, she helps customers find the right solutions to meet their goals. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through Pilates and dance, and loves spending time with her family, ideally abroad, somewhere sunny.

Account Manager — London, UK

Abby was born & raised in Singapore and recently moved to London for the weather, where she's since picked up hot yoga, baking and cooking! Her background spans digital marketing, account management and facilities management and the skills she's picked up along the way have helped her fit right into Breadwinner. When she's not SDRing, Abby can be found travelling the world (mainly for the food!).

Solution Engineering — Atlanta, US

Tom brings over 15 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem working with ISV partners and is passionate about using technology to architect innovative solutions that help Breadwinner's customers solve business challenges. In his free time, Tom enjoys travelling with family and is a singer songwriter who plays regularly around the Atlanta area.

VP of Development — Massachusetts, US

Mike works with the development team in multiple capacities to help drive the Breadwinner products forward. He has over 10 years of Salesforce development experience and more years than he cares to mention outside of the Salesforce ecosystem. When not working, Mike spends his time coaching his kids' sports teams, hiking with the family, and going on long bike rides when the weather permits.

Head of Customer Support — Nevada, US

Gerhard joined the Breadwinner team in 2018 as one of our Solutions Engineers, helping customers to implement and truly get the most from Breadwinner. In his downtime, Gerhard can be found in the mountains. He's an avid endurance athlete, with two New York marathons under his belt as well as a casual cycle across the whole of the United States.

Technical Lead — Hyderabad, India

Chidambar is the Technical Lead for Breadwinner. His work includes turning business requirements into technical guidelines for developers. Chidambar is fluent in multiple programming languages and always welcomes new challenges. He travels like a curiosity rover and photography is one of his hobbies. He also loves trekking, conversations about Space, mind-boggling movies, and philosophy.

Marketing Director — Manchester, UK

Anthony is a Digital Performance and Growth Director with over 20 years of data-driven expertise across FTSE 100 companies and billion-dollar startups, transforming digital marketing strategies across B2C and B2B. When he's not optimizing digital ecosystems, he recharges with family adventures, tennis, and the occasional binge-worthy boxset.
