These Terms apply to the Site only. Use of the Kipper platform and associated services is governed separately by our Terms of Service.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only.

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Scrape, crawl, index, or otherwise automatically extract content or data from the Site without our prior written consent.
  • Use the Site to transmit unsolicited communications or spam.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Use the Site to impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.

3. No Warranty on Site Content

The Site and its content are provided for informational purposes only and on an “as is” basis.

  • We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content on the Site.
  • Blog posts, articles, and other content reflect information available at the time of publication and may not be current.
  • Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, legal, accounting, or professional advice.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk.

When you submit information through a contact form on the Site — including general enquiries, demo requests, or sales enquiries — you agree that:

  • Submissions through general contact forms are not confidential. Do not include sensitive personal, financial, or proprietary information in a contact form.
  • We are not obligated to respond to every submission or to keep any submission confidential.

Access to Kipper’s support team is available to registered customers through the platform and is governed by the Terms of Service. Support enquiries submitted through the Site by non-customers — for example, via a contact or support form — are handled at our discretion. We make no commitment to response times or resolution for non-customer support requests submitted through the Site.

8. Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, including:

  • Analytics tools such as Google Analytics — to understand how visitors use the Site
  • PostHog and similar tools — for product analytics and session recording on the logged-in platform
  • Advertising and retargeting via third-party advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) — we collect data first-party through AWS CloudFront and share it with advertising platforms to show relevant advertisements to previous Site visitors. No third-party pixel scripts run in your browser.

By continuing to use the Site, you consent to the use of these tools as described in our Privacy Policy, which includes opt-out options for analytics and advertising tracking.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KIPPER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service, including binding arbitration, class action waiver, and jury trial waiver.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
