These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of breadwinner.com and any other websites operated by Breadwinner Integrations Inc. (“Breadwinner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to the Site only. Use of Breadwinner’s software and associated services is governed separately by our Master Subscription Agreement.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only.

You may not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Scrape, crawl, index, or otherwise automatically extract content or data from the Site without our prior written consent.
  • Use the Site to transmit unsolicited communications or spam.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Use the Site to impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.
  • Use the Site or its content for benchmarking, competitive analysis, or to develop or assist in developing a competing product or service.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Breadwinner Integrations Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

3. No Warranty on Site Content

The Site and its content are provided for informational purposes only and on an “as is” basis.

  • We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content on the Site.
  • Blog posts, articles, and other content reflect information available at the time of publication and may not be current.
  • Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, legal, accounting, or professional advice.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk.

5. Privacy

Our use of information collected through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to our data practices as described there.

6. Contact Forms and Submissions

When you submit information through a contact form on the Site — including general enquiries, demo requests, or sales enquiries — you agree that:

  • We may use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and for related follow-up communications.
  • Submissions through general contact forms are not confidential. Do not include sensitive personal, financial, or proprietary information in a contact form.
  • We are not obligated to respond to every submission or to keep any submission confidential.

7. Support

Access to Breadwinner’s support team is available to registered customers through the platform and is governed by our Master Subscription Agreement. Support enquiries submitted through the Site by non-customers — for example, via a contact or support form — are handled at our discretion. We make no commitment to response times or resolution for non-customer support requests submitted through the Site.

8. Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, including:

  • Umami — a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool used to understand how visitors use the Site
  • Video embeds via Wistia — used to host product demo videos on the Site. According to Wistia, video playback is served in Privacy Mode, which anonymizes IP addresses and disables session and cookie tracking.
  • Scheduling via Calendly — an embedded booking widget used to schedule demo calls on our booking and product pages. Calendly’s embedded scheduler only loads after you click to load it, so no data is sent to Calendly until you take that action.
  • Interactive demos via Arcade — hosts interactive product walkthroughs embedded on select product pages. Where a demo is gated behind a form, Arcade content only loads after you submit that form.

By continuing to use the Site, you consent to the use of these tools as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BREADWINNER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a claim relating to these Terms or your use of the Site, you agree to first contact us to attempt an informal resolution. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
