Pricing

Pricing is usage-based. You pay per channel (Slack/Teams/AI connection) and per active user per month. Every Channel and every User includes a set number of monthly questions. These are pooled, and if you go over your pooled question allowance, we charge per additional question to cover our compute fees.

Only finance questions that return an answer are billed. Support questions, how-to questions, billing questions, and questions that don't produce an answer are all free.

All included questions from your channels and active users are pooled together. For example, 3 channels (3,000 questions) plus 20 active users (1,000 questions) gives you 4,000 questions per month. You're only charged for overages above that pool.

Start with a free 14-day trial, then everything is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Your billing cycle starts on the date your trial converts, and you can cancel anytime. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period.

Yes. Every account starts with a free 14-day trial that includes 1 channel and 100 questions — enough to fully evaluate Breadwinner AI with your real data. A valid payment method is required to start your trial, but you won't be charged until day 15. You'll also need to connect a paid QuickBooks or Xero instance (sandbox and trial accounts are only supported with additional verification steps). This ensures every Breadwinner AI account is verified and secure — something our customers appreciate.

That depends on your organization. Many companies start with one or two channels and expand from there. Larger organizations often want separate channels for different teams or departments — for example, one channel with AR visibility for sales, another with inventory visibility for operations. NetSuite customers often create a channel per subsidiary.

Anything your finance data can answer. For example: "Did Acme Corp pay their last invoice?", "What's our total outstanding over 90 days?", "Is SKU-4521 available in the Dallas warehouse?", or "Which customers have overdue balances greater than $50,000?" If SQL can figure it out, Breadwinner AI can answer it.

We support NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, and Xero at launch. Additional systems like Sage and Epicor are on the roadmap.

Yes. You can connect multiple finance systems to your Breadwinner AI account, each with their own channels and permission sets.

Breadwinner AI supports all major world languages. Ask your question in the language you're comfortable with. Please note: our Admin Settings and Billing information is in English only.

No — it is impossible for anyone to modify your accounting data through Breadwinner AI. The system is strictly read-only by design. We never write back to your finance system.

Using the Admin portal, you can create permission sets that control exactly what data is visible — for example, AR only, AP only, Inventory, or Full Visibility. Each permission set is connected to a Slack or Teams channel. You control who has access to each channel; Breadwinner AI restricts the data within it.

Yes. Every conversation and every query is logged and visible in the admin web app.

Your data is hosted securely in AWS in the United States. Breadwinner Integrations Inc. is SOC II certified with over a decade of experience handling sensitive finance data.

For QuickBooks and Xero, data is refreshed in real time via webhooks — changes appear within seconds. For NetSuite, data is refreshed every five minutes.

Under an hour. Sign up, connect your finance system, wait for data to load (about 10 minutes for QuickBooks/Xero, longer for large NetSuite instances), configure a permission set, and connect a Slack or Teams channel. That's it.

You'll need admin credentials for your finance system (to authorize the connection) and admin access to your Slack or Teams workspace (to install the Breadwinner AI app). A valid payment method (credit card) is required to start your free trial.
